Our purpose is to create a mechanism to control sanitary risks, and promote the staff’s health. To achieve this purpose, our team has implemented sanitary programs like personnel examinations (pre-employment/ periodical), occupational hazardous factors assessment, workers health center foundation in operational sites to submit medical services, as well as holding practical educations in coordination with competent authorities, and allocating practical facilities toward promoting the personnel health level

Our purpose is to create a safe environment for personnel’s activity through reducing the risk of all activities and actions’ risk associated with work and life in the workplace by employing and establishing efficient models. Moving towards safety culture growth has materialized, by regularly conducting general and special training classes, analyzing the incidents, and performing lesson learned courses of incidents, incrementing the employees’ participation with creating the field hazards and risks’ field identification mechanism as well as deploying incentive and deterrent systems.

Our purpose is decreasing environmental risks, controlling pollutants, reducing greenhouse gases emissions, and carbon footprint. In this regard, using clean energy such as solar panel systems, waste collection and separation at source, constructing standard stations in order to storing hydrocarbon materials to prevent them from leaking, and also theoretical and practical trainings (environmental drill) along with actions for conservation and regeneration of soil, have been the major steps to achieve our goals.
